The Western North Carolina Nature Center


in Asheville, NC provides a one-of-a-kind adventure where guests can experience animals and plants native to the Southern Appalachian region.



Featuring over 60 species of animals including river otters, black bear, red wolves and cougars, the Center welcomes over 100,000 visitors annually. 

Hours - 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily
